Reinterpreted Perfumes Of History
Versailles
Gift box Castle with handle (20x18x9) contains perfumed soap Marquise de Caumont 100g + Eau de Parfum spray large Marquise de Caumont.
This fragrance is a tribute to the Marquise de Caumont, heir to the Hôtel de Caumont, an architectural jewel of the 18th century in Provence.
When the marquise was married in 1795, it was said her husband stole "the most beautiful woman, the most beautiful hotel, the most beautiful castle and the biggest fortune" from Provence.
The heart of Marquise de Caumont is mimosa, a golden yellow flower that grows in the South of France. Its yellow color evokes the sun, heat and ocher tones of the Hôtel de Caumont.
The soft feminine body of the Marquise de Caumont is elegantly balanced with the woody notes of oak moss and sandalwood, in addition to green notes from essential oils characteristic of the Provence region.
This refined fragrance will leave you dreaming of the South of France.
Top Note : Clary sage, lavender, blackcurrant leaf, pink berry, angelica
Heart : cassie, linden, hyacinthe, white laurel & oleander, violet
Dry Down : Oak moss, musk, sandalwood, cedarwood, sycomore wood, amber
