reinterpreted Perfume of History
François Rancé paid homage to Laetitia, the Emperor's mother, with this refined, extremely elegant, charmingly feminine fragrance which has an intensity and character that reflected Laetitia's passionate and wilful nature.
The precious perfume is made entirely of the rarest and most highly-prized natural essences, obtained from the best years, i.e. "millésimé" (vintage) mixed, stirred and left to age according to the Rancé tradition.
The beauty of her magnetic allure is heightened by the intoxicating bliss of deep amber notes. The fragrance of seduction, for the woman who feels at ease walking along the streets of a cosmopolitan city, as much as on the stage of the Moulin Rouge!
The bottle’s precious glass engravings, carefully preserved, are the reproduction of the original decoration made by a French craftsman for the Perfume’s first issue, conceived by François Rancé in the early 1800s.
Fresh, Flowery And Spicy, Amber-scented
Head notes: Bergamot, Tangerine, Orange Blossoms
Heart notes: Nutmeg, Cardamom, Bulgarian Rose, Magnolia, Peony
Base notes: Patchouli, Labdanum, Tolu Balsam, Vanilla
Intense and bewitching, the perfume opens with sparkling hints of Bergamot and Tangerine, eriche by Orange Blossoms. The heart evolves with the intoxicating scent of Bulgarian Rose, enhanced by a symphony of Magnolia e Peony. Nutmeg and Cardamom add an elegant, spicy touch. In the base, the deep, tempting aroma of Patchouli and Labdanum blends with a creamy, refined bouquet of Vanilla and Tolu Balsam, giving to the fragrance a special magnetic allure. Laetitia features millesimé notes: like in fine wines and liqueurs, these are the extracts obtained from the best years of production.
